Northwestern Medicine  - Employee Assistance Program

The District realizes that the personal and professional well-being of its employees is its greatest asset. Work, family, and life in general - they all take a toll, sometimes in ways that you may be uncomfortable sharing with others. Therefore, the District has contracted with Northwestern Medicine to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as a positive, proactive approach to finding solutions for everyday problems. Northwestern Medicine Employee Assistance Program provides free and confidential assistance to employees and their immediate family members who are experiencing personal or work related issues. 

Support when you need it:
Licensed, professional counselors provide solution-focused, short-term counseling & referral to community resources for assistance with the following concerns:

  • Personal/Workplace Stress

  • Marital/Family Relationship Issues

  • Depression/Anxiety

  • Alcohol or Drug Abuse

  • Financial/Legal Consultation
